Refund policy
At Landmaster Holidays, we value your trust and strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
Cancellation by the Traveler
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to our official address.
Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges as per the Landmaster Holidays Cancellation Policy.
The following general timeline applies (unless otherwise mentioned in your booking details):
30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of total amount
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total amount
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Cancellation by Landmaster Holidays
In rare cases where Landmaster Holidays must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, insufficient participation, or government restrictions), a full refund or alternate travel option will be provided.
If a traveler opts for an alternate package, any difference in cost will be adjusted accordingly.
No-Show or Early Departure
No refund will be provided for travelers who fail to join the tour, arrive late, or leave before the completion of the itinerary.
Refund for Unused Services
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour, such as meals, accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing.
Acceptance of Policy
