Cancellation Policy
At Land Master Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while covering the costs involved in planning your trip.
1. General Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication.
The date of cancellation will be considered from the day we receive written confirmation.
2. Cancellation Charges
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
(Note: These charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, or supplier terms.)
3. Flight, Hotel & Transport Bookings
Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and transport services once booked are non-refundable or subject to the specific provider’s cancellation policy.
Any refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges from airlines or hotels.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the same payment source used for booking.
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, or government restrictions — Land Master Holidays will make every effort to reschedule your trip or offer travel credits. Refunds will depend on third-party service providers’ policies.
6. No Show / Early Departure
No refunds will be given for any unused services or if the traveler fails to join the tour.
Early departures during the tour are considered as “no show” and non-refundable.
