Do your tours include international airfare?

Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking.

Can I book a ticket for tomorrow?

Our booking engine allows you to book 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. International flights require a 3 day advance purchase. Many international airlines require paper tickets to be issued which require a 5 day advance.

Can I modify or change my booking after confirmation?

Yes, in select cases, you have the option to modify your booking after confirmation. However, to do so, kindly consult your travel advisor. Any such modifications would incur additional charges.

Can we choose our own start and finish of the trip?

Yes, it actually depends upon the package you chose. Customers are given the option to select their preferred package suiting to their time schedule. After confirming your tour package, you can check more details by contact our customer service team directly.

What Travel Documents Do I Need ?

One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.

What Is the Best Time to Visit India ?

It depends on which part of India if you wish to visit. In case you are interested in visiting Ladakh or other parts of Himalaya then summer season is the best time. If you want to visit Rajasthan, other parts of North India or South India then winter season ( October till March ) is ideal period. Even travelling during monsoon months (July – September) is also not a bad idea to visit Rajasthan and other places it presents a good tourism opportunity during this time as one can stay at Luxury or Palace hotels without spending a fortune during those months.

Can I incorporate any changes in my travel plan once the booking is done?

Yes, you can modify your booking or travel plan. There may be certain charges for modifications or for cancelling the old booking and making new arrangements. The travel consultants at our offices will assist you for the same.

Is there any refund against cancellation?

Cancellation of tour will attract certain cancellation charges. The travel consultant will give you the details about such cancellation at the time of booking or for more information on cancellation charges.

Does the tour price include air?

Usually international airfare is included in the package price along with fuel surcharges and airport taxes. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of Select air packages as occasionally a trip date may change or a trip may be cancelled. We can only protect air reservations made through Select and are not responsible for an charges incurred if the air is booked privately.

What are the supported modes of payment you accept?

You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and most major debit cards which are subject to 2.5% processing fee.
