01 Day: Arrival Mumbai


☛On arrival at International airport you will be meet by our representative then transfer to the hotel where we hold the room on ready occupancy basis. Day free to rest and leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel.


02 Day: Mumbai


☛ After breakfast takes a sight seeing tour of Mumbai, drive to Gateway of India and from here cruise by motorboats to Elephanta Caves. A flight of 100 steps takes you to the top of the hill where it is set. The caves houses large pillars that seem to hold the ceiling, which is made, have crossbeams. The picturesque presentations of the 9 marvellous sculptured panels, set on the walls are awe-inspiring. The most famous of the panels is the Trimurthi, or triple-headed Shiva, where the God is depicted as the destroyer, the preserver and the creator. Later in the afternoon cruise back to Gateway of India, one can have lunch at the hotel or other several good Restaurants like Leopold & Mondegar serving continental cuisines. Later visit Prince of Wales Museum, Taraporewala Aquarium, Parliament House, Marine Drive, Jain Temple, and Hanging Garden. Return back to the hotel for overnight.


03 Day:Mumbai –Aurangabad (By Air) – Ajanta (105 kms – 1 ½ hours)


☛ Early Morning check out and board the flight 9W3103 departing at 0715 hours for Aurangabad. Arrival at 0815 hours. Assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel. After rest and relaxation take an excursion to witness the famous Ajanta caves. Ajanta is one of the few historical and architectural marvels of India. Recognized as the World Heritage site today, it was discovered during the 19th century by a group of British officers who were on a tiger hunt. The Ajanta group of caves, located deep within the Sahyadri hills above the Waghora, depicts the story of Buddhism that prevailed here during 200 BC to 650 AD. After visiting Ajanta Caves drive back to Aurangabad. Return to Aurangabad for overnight.


04 Day: Aurangabad – Ellora (30 kms – ½ hours)


☛ After breakfast take a sight seeing tour of Ellora, one of the highly visited World heritage sites of India. It houses 34 monasteries and temples with some exclusive uninterrupted sequence of monuments that date back from 600 to 1000 AD. The temples of Ellora are dedicated to Brahmanism, Jainism, and Buddhism. It also has some of the excellent stonework depicting the legends related to Lord Shiva. Return to the Aurangabad for overnight stay.


05 Day: Aurangabad - Bombay – Cochin (By Air)


☛ After breakfast checkout and drive to Bombay on arrival transfer to the airport to board a schedule flight for Cochin depart at 1250 hrs, arrival in Cochin at 1435 hrs. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Relax till noon after lunch we will proceed for a Harbour cruise to visit Mantanacherrry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Vypeen and Gundu islands to see the Chinese fishing nets. Later in the evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance presentation. Overnight at the hotel in Cochin.


06 Day: Cochin – Alleppey (64 Kms - 1 ½ hours) Backwaters tours through sailing boat to Kumarakom


☛ After breakfast checkout and drive for Alleppey, on arrival embark at the houseboat. The day for the journey of backwaters in the boat, through the tropical countryside enchanting backwaters of Alleppey by regattas (snake boats) for which Kerala is very famous, while sailing enjoy palm fringed narrow canals winding through the vast expanse of paddy fields and the neat tiny hamlets lined up along either side of the canals are panoramic sights one can never forget. The Chinese fishing nets, the reminiscent of our past trade links, are also found on the way. Flocks of duck swimming around the banks and tiny birds flying across the sky remains as enduring pictures reflecting the charm of this tourist land, you also enjoy fishing from the houseboats, evening enjoy sunset from the sun-deck of the houseboats, moving towards Kumarakom. The Houseboats have generated electricity; sitting cum dinning area, separate bedroom with attached English toilets, sun deck and fully load ed kitchen with a Chef, and Srank (Driver). Overnight at the houseboat.


07 Day: Kumarakom


☛ Kumarakom - for the nature-lover. Here in this backwater town, you can laze in a canoe amidst sylvan surroundings where the only presence is yours and the egrets. Later visit at Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, located on the banks of the Vembanad Lake, to see bird viewing where numerous species of birds, including Darters, Bitterns, Brahminy kites, Marsh Harries, Teals and several varieties of Herons roost are found. For an inquisitive bird watcher, it is always advisable to carry their binoculars at all times. Return to hotel, Make sure you do not miss out on Karimeen and fresh toddy the favourite fresh water food and the local wine. Overnight stay at Kumarakom.


08 Day: Kumarakom – Cochin (92 kms - 2 ½ hours) Cochin - Bombay- Back Home


☛ After breakfast checkout then drive to Cochin, on arrival transfer to the airport to board the schedule flight to Bombay departure at 1515 hrs, arrival in Bombay at 1700 hrs. On arrival wait till departure to home country. Optionally you can go for city tour and shopping before your departure. Later transfer to the international airport to board the connecting flight to onwards destination, on departure, the tour concludes with happy memories.

  • Customized Tour: Above tour programme can be customized, as per the preference by the guest in terms of arrival and departure dates and destinations, adding or skipping of any destination, no. of days etc.,
  • Tour Cost:The cost of the above tour programme will be based on the preference of hotels’ category i.e. 2- 3 - 4 - 5 and 5 Star deluxe, as well as standard and deluxe heritage hotels, beside that no. of persons traveling together and travel period effect tour cost.

    The tour package will be inclusive of: hotel accommodation, air-conditioned car with English speaking driver (24 hours at disposal) for all transfers, sightseeing, intercity travel, and guide at the time of sightseeing, meals as per hotel package.
