☛ Assistance on arrival at Bangalore International airport, where you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel in Bangalore. Day free for rest and relax in the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
☛ After breakfast take a sight seeing tour of Bangalore city, visit Lal Baugh with a variety of old trees, fountains, lotus pools, terraces & an assortment of tropical and sub-tropical herbs. Also see the Tipu Sultans Palace, Government Museum, Vidhan Soudha, Bull Temple and Cubbon. Evening visit Ulsoor Lake and M. G. Road for shopping, Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
☛ Morning after breakfast, checkout and drive to Mysore. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. After rest take a sight seeing tour visiting Maharaja Palace built in 1911-1912. The Palace is harmonious syntheses of the Hindu and seriocomic style of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures, which are magnificent. Also visit Philomena's cathedral, folklore museum, Brindavan gardens & spectacular musical fountains & Government Buildings. Later drive up to Chamundi Hill to see Chamundeshwari temple and a panoramic view of Mysore. On your way back, see the Nandi Bull. Return to the hotel for overnight at Mysore.
☛ After breakfast checkout and drive to Ooty, en route optionally you can visit Bandipur & Mudumalai Sanctuaries. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. After rest, day is free to enjoy the beauty of this hill station. Ooty is known as the 'Queen of Hill Stations'. Ooty is snugly ensconced in the heart of the Nilgiris, dotted with undulating hills, sparkling waterfalls, gurgling brooks and lush green tea garden. Later visit Botanical Gardens and the Museum with the numerous varieties of ornamental trees and plants, which is an attraction for all tourists. Return to the hotel.
☛ After breakfast drive to Coonoor, a beautiful plantation town, at Coonoor the impassable maintained Sims's Park, which hosts the annual fruit show (May every year), Dolphin's Nose, Lamb's Rock, Laws Falls and St. Catherine Falls. In the Evening, take a walk in the tea plantation. Return to Ooty for overnight at hotel.
☛ Early morning drive to Cochin. Arrival at Cochin at early noon. Transfer to the hotel. After rest and lunch take a half-day sightseeing tour of Cochin, visiting the Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town. The St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. The Santa Cruz Basilica originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. The Chinese fishing nets are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have brought to Kochi by Chinese traders. In the evening you can enjoy Kathakali dance. Overnight at the hotel.
☛ After breakfast, checkout and drive to Thekkaddy. On arrival, transfer to the resort. On arrival, check in at hotel. After relaxation, you can visit the rare species of plants and animal, later a visit to spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estates etc. On your way back to the hotel, you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. In the evening you can take a boat ride at Periyar later. Overnight at the Hotel.
☛ After breakfast checkout and drive for Alleppey, on arrival embark at the houseboat. The day for the journey of backwaters in the boat, through the tropical countryside enchanting backwaters of Alleppey by regattas (snake boats) for which Kerala is very famous, while sailing enjoy palm fringed narrow canals winding through the vast expanse of paddy fields and the neat tiny hamlets lined up along either side of the canals are panoramic sights one can never forget. The Chinese fishing nets, the reminiscent of our past trade links, are also found on the way. Flocks of duck swimming around the banks and tiny birds flying across the sky remains as enduring pictures reflecting the charm of this tourist land, you also enjoy fishing from the houseboats, evening enjoy sunset from the sun-deck of the houseboats, moving towards Kumarakom. The Houseboats have generated electricity; sitting cum dinning area, separate bedroom with attached English toilets, sun deck and fully loaded kitchen with a Chef, and Srank (Driver). Overnight at the houseboat.
☛ After breakfast disembark from the houseboat. Then take a 2/ 3 hours sightseeing tour of Kumarakom - for the nature-lover. Here in this backwater town, you can laze in a canoe amidst sylvan surroundings where the only presence is yours and the egrets. Later visit at Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, located on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Make sure you do not miss out on Karimeen and fresh toddy the favourite fresh water food and the local wine. Later drive to Cochin, on arrival take a lunch at restaurants, if time permits you can cover any sightseeing places, which was dropped on the first day. Later board the scheduled Train for Bangalore. On departure, tour concludes with happy memories.
